Fascinating diversity
Almonds or cashews, brazils, hazelnuts, speciality nuts and dried fruit – we offer our clients top-quality products thanks to our long-established relationships with business partners all over the world. Whether your company produces on an industrial scale or engages in a traditional craft, our portfolio can supply all your needs for nuts and selected dried fruit.
Almonds are especially rich in fibre, calcium, magnesium, potassium and vitamin E. We buy most of ours (shelled and unshelled) from premium producers in California. Our range includes different varieties, sizes, qualities and packaging.
We source processed almonds from European producers.
Cashews are especially rich in carbohydrates, copper, iron and zinc. We primarily source them from Vietnam, but also from other origins such as Brazil or India. Different sizes can be provided in different types of packaging – both conventional and with organic certification. Warehouse goods can be supplied from Hamburg.
Brazil nuts are especially rich in fibre, magnesium and selenium. We source them primarily from Brazil, but also from Bolivia and Peru. Brazil nuts are a great snack ingredient, especially in mixed nuts.
Hazelnuts are especially rich in fibre, monounsaturated fatty acids, iron and vitamin E. We source them from Turkey, Georgia and Italy. Apart from hazelnuts in shells and whole kernels (different calibres) we can also supply a number of processed products (chopped and ground).
Macadamia nuts are especially rich in fibre and monounsaturated fatty acids. We source them primarily from Africa (Kenya, Malawi and South Africa), but also from Brazil and Australia. The kernels are available in different sizes (styles) from selected producers. We also supply macadamias in their shell.
Pecan nuts are rich in potassium, zinc, fibre and monounsaturated fatty acids. We source them primarily from the United States, but also from Mexico. We can supply them as whole kernels (snack ingredients) but also broken or processed (e.g. for bakeries).
Walnuts are especially rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids, copper, magnesium and zinc. We focus on the premium cultivation areas in California, Chile and Argentina. We trade in both unshelled walnuts (especially Chandler) and walnut halves.
Pistachios are especially rich in fibre, potassium and vitamin B6. We source them primarily from the United States, but we also have suppliers in Iran and Turkey. We supply pistachios both shelled and unshelled.
Dates come from countries in the Persian Gulf and have been around for over 7,000 years. The flesh has a sugar content of around 65 per cent, which is why this fruit tastes so sweet. Dates are also rich in dietary fibre and minerals like magnesium and calcium.
Our cranberries come from the United States. Cranberries are not only a useful baking ingredient, but also a valuable addition to, for example, muesli bars and fruity yoghurts. Cranberries have anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties and are extremely rich in vitamin C.
These dried grapes, light or dark, are harvested ripe then dried in the sun or shade. The sugar content of raisins is almost 60 per cent, and they are also rich in fibre. They are popular all over the world and provide vitamin B, potassium and iron.
